Flowers again

Another flower mani, because they're easy.
I used Essie's Your Hut or Mine, Sally Hansen's Yellow Mellow, China Glaze's First Mate, and a white nail art pen. Then I decided it was too plain so I added some glitter using Starry Silver Glitter from NYC. :)

30 Day Nail Challenge | Day 01

I found this on tumblr. I did not find a source to credit this challenge to, but this challenge is not mine. There's another 30/31 day challenge going around, but I don't have red or blue nail polish. (I know, lame! Dorm space is limited.) Since I can't even do the first few days, I decided to do this one.

Day 01 – your favorite polish
Day 02 – your least favorite polish
Day 03 – a polish that makes you happy
Day 04 – a polish that is “so you”
Day 05 – a polish that reminds you of a special day
Day 06 – a polish that you have never worn
Day 07 – a polish that is you wear often
Day 08 – a polish that was gifted to you
Day 09 – a polish that is vampy
Day 10 – a polish that you think is boring
Day 11 – a polish from your favorite brand
Day 12 – a polish from a brand you hate
Day 13 – a polish that is blue
Day 14 – a polish that is inexpensive
Day 15 – a polish thats name describes you
Day 16 – a polish that you used to love but now hate
Day 17 – a polish that you think is overrated
Day 18 – a polish that you used to covet
Day 19 – a polish from your favorite collection
Day 20 – a polish that is a glitter
Day 21 – a polish that is pastel
Day 22 – a polish that you used to hate but now love
Day 23 – a polish that you want to wear at your wedding
Day 24 – a polish that you want to wear at your funeral
Day 25 – a polish that is easy to apply
Day 26 – a polish that is hard to apply
Day 27 – a polish that you think is sexy
Day 28 – a polish that is new
Day 29 – a polish that you don’t think you can pull off
Day 30 – a polish that matches your favorite outfit

Day 01 -  your favorite polish
I debated between China Glaze First Mate and Essie Lilacism. I chose Lilacism in the end.
Here is what I used:

Flowery (Childish)

For this manicure I used China Glaze's First Mate. I LOVE this color. I only got it recently but it is one of my favorites now. I also used the Sally Hansen nail art pens I recently added to my (small) collection! I drew flowers and used a white nail art pen I got at Forever 21 to draw the little white dots.
I failed at drawing a butterfly on my thumb. So no close up or anything like that haha.

My first official post!!!!

After all those posts on giveaways, this is my first real post!

For my manicure this week, I used Sally Hansen Continuous Treatment Base & Top Coat to start off. I painted one hand at a time, so I used Recycle from China Glaze to paint all my fingers on my left hand except my ring finger, on which I used First Mate, also from China Glaze.
Then, I used Flip Flop Fantasy from China Glaze and Mint Candy Apply to draw flowers along the tip of my nail, so it's kind of like a french tip, but not really.
